Your Profile? You are an experienced HR professional with relevant experience in HR business partnering and in change management. Holding a Master's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field, you possess strong strategic thinking, communication, and data skills. Your expertise includes talent management, performance management, workforce management, leadership development, and learning. You excel in conceptual thinking, interpersonal skills, and have a broad knowledge of HR domains and social legislation. Proficiency in English is essential, with knowledge of Dutch and French.
