There are plenty of growth opportunities and a lot to learn about nature management and nature-inclusive and regenerative agriculture. Tasks and responsibilities - First point of contact for all questions from clients and participants. - Representing the face of Yūgen Forest to clients and participants. - Being a versatile 'all-rounder' for all kinds of matters that may arise during the clients' stay. - Receiving groups, checking them in, and providing a warm welcome with the most important information about their stay. Who we are looking for - Relevant work experience in a similar position. - A warm and customer-oriented attitude. - Able to connect well with a diversity of people. - Being proactive in looking for solutions. - Familiar with hospitality and always able to see opportunities to make the client's stay more pleasant. - Able to do physical work and lift heavy objects. - Able to handle all questions from clients or participants efficiently and adequately. - Accuracy and flexibility. - Willingness to work on weekends.
