In this varied role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the team and will actively participate in the work on the shop floor. A Day in the Life of a Hospitality Supervisor at ProRail As a Hands-On Supervisor, you combine leadership with active participation on the work floor. You serve as the primary point of contact for the client, hospitality and facilities staff, and other service providers on site. You maintain a visible presence, manage the team on a daily basis, and pitch in with operations as needed. In this way, you not only ensure that schedules and quality standards are met, but you also lead by example. The position involves working 4 to 5 days a week. In addition to your coordinating duties, you will spend 2 days a week on the road, which means you will be assigned to various ProRail locations. This allows you to stay closely connected to the day-to-day operations and gives you a clear understanding of what is happening within the teams and at the various locations.
