You'll play an important role in the daily warehouse operation by safely moving goods, loading and unloading trailers, and ensuring products are stored correctly. Safety, teamwork and quality are key in everything you do. What will you be doing? As a Forklift Driver, your responsibilities include: • Loading and unloading trailers using a forklift. • Moving goods safely throughout the warehouse. • Sorting pallets and placing them in the correct warehouse locations. • Stacking pallets according to safety guidelines. • Picking, packing and preparing products for shipment. • Checking incoming and outgoing goods for quality and quantity. • Inspecting goods and packaging for damage. • Reporting damaged goods or unsafe situations to your Team Leader or Warehouse Coordinator. • Keeping your workplace clean, safe and organized. • Following all safety and quality procedures. Vereisten What do we ask from you? • A valid forklift certificate is required. • Experience as a Forklift Driver is preferred. • Basic knowledge of warehouse processes. • Knowledge of ADR goods is an advantage. • You communicate in English. • You work accurately and pay attention to detail. • Safety is always your priority. • You enjoy working in a team and take initiative. • You are willing to work in a two-shift schedule. • You are able to provide a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG).
