To accelerate the growth of our Construction category, we are looking for a commercially driven and market-savvy Head of Category Construction who combines deep industry- and machine expertise with strong leadership capabilities. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of a strategic category with significant growth potential. What is your role? As Head of Category Construction, you will be responsible for defining and executing the growth strategy for the Construction category at Kramp. You will identify opportunities, build strategic supplier partnerships, create a compelling assortment, and work with the country teams to grow our business. Unlike some of our more established categories, Construction is still in a growth phase. This means you have the opportunity to influence strategy, build capabilities, and help shape the future direction of the category. You will lead the construction & buying team and play a key role in developing category and buying capabilities within the organization. You will report to the VP Category&Buying.
