Head of Operations Office - Moree We are Moree, a specialist in outdoor spaces. Our service offering is extensive and covers everything related to outdoor spaces. Think of integrated green management for municipalities, the installation of sheet piling, jetties, (nature) playgrounds and various other work on grounds and infrastructure, in installation, advice and maintenance alike. We do this with around 60 employees. We are based in Papendrecht and work here from our premises near the Waterbus stop. - 32-40 hours - Papendrecht - € Who we're looking for: We are looking for a driven professional for 32-40 hours per week, who can act as a sparring partner for management, project leaders, foremen and the finance manager. Ideally, you hold quality in high regard, master the tender process from pricing to plan development and are able to lead with an eye for your colleagues. What you need to have: - Experience in a similar role or as a logical next step in your career - Higher professional (HBO) working and thinking level - A meticulous and accurate work ethic - Clear and transparent communication skills - An enthusiastic team-player mentality What you'll do: As Head of Operations Office, you work closely with management to determine which tenders we participate in. You lead the operations office team in pricing and ensure precisely described MEAT (best price-quality ratio) plans. After winning a tender, you provide a smooth handover to the project leader. You identify growth opportunities for the organisation and contribute to company-wide themes such as biodiversity, circularity and sustainability.
