Currently, we're looking for an experienced, strategic Head of Finance to lead our Finance team through a transformative phase-outsourcing operational activities, enhancing data infrastructure, and strengthening business control. How you will make a difference As Head of Finance, you will partner with leadership to drive financial strategy, ensure compliance, and empower your team-all while advancing Triodos' mission to 'change finance to finance change'. As part of your role, you will: - Develop and execute the finance strategy, aligning it with Triodos' long-term business goals and values. - Lead a team of 10-11 professionals across Accounting, Reporting, Control, and Oversight, fostering a culture of collaboration, growth, and accountability. - Oversee financial management, reporting, and control processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in a dynamic environment. - Drive the company-wide budgeting process, challenge assumptions, and calculate business cases for new products or initiatives. - Strengthen internal controls and audit readiness, identifying ...
