About the Role The Chief Delivery Officer (CDO) is responsible for the end-to-end delivery performance of all customer engagements in the Netherlands. The role ensures high-quality, predictable, and profitable delivery , balancing: - Client satisfaction and service excellence - Financial performance and margin optimization - Operational stability and transformation outcomes The CDO acts as the ultimate accountable for delivery , with mandate over: - Day-2-day delivery across business lines. - Major escalations and service risks - Quality of Services on all accounts.
