And right now, Conscious Group is looking for a Group Reservations Agent. Every great group stay starts long before check-in-and that's where you come in. As our Group Reservations Agent, you'll manage group bookings across all nine Conscious Group hotels, from the first enquiry to the final rooming list and aftersales. You'll prepare tailored proposals, coordinate contracts, payments and special requests, and make sure every booking runs smoothly from start to finish. You'll be the main point of contact for our clients and work closely with our Revenue, Sales, Front Office, Reservations and Events teams to create a seamless guest journey. You know how to keep an overview, stay calm when things get busy and spot commercial opportunities along the way.
