You will be responsible for the monthly consolidation process, IFRS reporting, and ensuring the quality of financial reporting at group level. Client Details For our client, Solo, located in Arnhem or Ede, we are looking for a Group Financial Reporting & Consolidation Analyst. Description As a Group Financial Reporting & Consolidation Analyst, you will play a key role within the international Group Finance team. You will be responsible for the monthly consolidation process, IFRS reporting, and ensuring the quality of financial reporting at group level. In addition, you will actively contribute to the further professionalization of reporting processes within a fast-growing international organization. Your responsibilities include: • Managing the monthly consolidation process within Tagetik; • Preparing, analyzing, and reviewing group financial reports, including the balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement; • Preparing the annual IFRS financial statements and quarterly reports for investors; • Advising on technical accounting and IFRS-related matters; • Supporting the external audit process; • Initiating and implementing improvements in financial reporting, consolidation, and accounting processes; • Performing financial analyses and participating in international finance projects; • Collaborating closely with local finance teams, Treasury, Tax, HR, and external auditors. Profile We are looking for an analytical and proactive finance professional who thrives in an international organization with an entrepreneurial and continuously evolving environment. In addition, you have: • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Economics, or a related field; • Approximately 3 to 5 years of relevant experience within public accounting (preferably a Big Four firm) and/or Group Reporting, Financial Reporting, Consolidation, or Financial Accounting; • Experience with IFRS; consolidation experience is considered a strong advantage; • Experience with a financial consolidation system; experience with Tagetik is a plus; • An affinity for Technical Accounting and the ambition to further develop your expertise in this area; • Strong analytical skills combined with a proactive, hands-on mindset; • A sense of ownership, initiative, and a continuous improvement mentality; • Excellent command of the English language; proficiency in Dutch is considered a plus.
