In this international role, you will be responsible for the execution and continuous improvement of the group's key compensation and job evaluation processes. You will translate frameworks into practical solutions, provide the analyses needed for informed decision-making, and ensure that annual reward cycles are managed with precision and excellence. - You will lead the annual global salary review cycle and salary budgeting process, ensuring timely execution in line with agreed guidelines.
