Lead the creation of a brand-new automated warehouse in Almere. Build the logistics operation from scratch and shape the factory of the future. What are you going to do? This is not a role where you improve an existing warehouse. You will help create a completely new automated warehouse from the ground up. Together with international stakeholders, you will define the logistics strategy, select the right technologies and lead the full implementation. From the first concept until the final handover, you are the driving force behind a future-proof logistics operation. Because you are building something entirely new, we are looking for a senior professional who enjoys taking ownership, making decisions and working independently. You will join the company in a permanent position, based in Almere. They welcome experienced leaders from around the globe and fully supports the relocation of you and your family to the Netherlands. In this role, you will: - Lead complex projectmanagement activities for the design and construction of a brand-new automated warehouse. - Define the complete logistics concept and drive factory material flow optimization from scratch. - Select, implement and integrate advanced warehouse automation technologies such as ASRS, AGVs and AMRs. - Coordinate engineering, operations, IT, automation suppliers and system integrators throughout the entire project lifecycle. - Take ownership of planning, budgets, technical decisions, risks and project delivery. - Ensure seamless integration between warehouse automation, ERP, WMS and production processes. - Build scalable, future-ready logistics solutions that will support the factory for many years to come.
