As part of the Global Employee Listening & Analytics team, you will support our global regions and help drive data-informed decision-making across topics such as talent, workforce planning, and employee engagement. You will primarily leverage Visier as our People Analytics suite to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, translating complex data into clear recommendations. A key focus of the role is developing scalable reporting solutions and enabling leaders to use people data effectively. You will also lead the standardization of HR reporting and business review processes, helping to create greater alignment, accountability, and data-driven decision-making across the organization. - Partner with business leaders and HR stakeholders to align people analytics with strategic business priorities. - Analyze workforce, financial, and feedback data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations. - Develop and maintain dashboards, HR metrics, and KPI reporting solutions within Visier to support self-service decision-making. - Lead standardized reporting processes, including management dashboards, monthly reviews, and quarterly business reviews. - Coach and enable leaders and HR teams to interpret data, derive insights, and drive accountability through action planning. - Contribute to the employee listening strategy through survey design, listening program delivery, and integration of employee sentiment and workforce insi...
