Core responsibilities - Set and execute global pension strategy aligned with total rewards, finance, and workforce objectives. - Oversee governance for defined benefit and defined contribution plans, including trustee/committee engagement. - Ensure regulatory compliance, risk management, and audit readiness across jurisdictions. - Manage vendor ecosystem (actuaries, consultants, administrators, asset managers) and drive service-level performance. - Lead plan design, harmonization, and change initiatives (closures, transitions, mergers, and acquisitions support). - Direct funding, accounting, and reporting activities (e.g., valuations, disclosures, cost forecasting) in partnership with Finance. - Improve employee communications and financial wellbeing programs related to retirement benefits. - Use data and benchmarks to optimize plan costs, participation, and investment governance. Required skills and experience - Extensive experience managing global or multi-country pension programs and providers. - Strong knowledge of pension regulation, governance, funding, and investment principles. - Proven capability in stakeholder management across HR, Finance, Legal, and senior leadership. - Expertise in vendor management, contract negotiation, and operational controls. - Analytical strength in actuarial concepts, pension accounting, and benefits data....
