Purpose • You foster a culture of continuous improvement, through coordination and facilitation of continuous improvement initiatives portfolio, ensuring the effective implementation of Lean tools and methodologies. Responsibilities • You oversee the creation and execution of continuous improvement strategies across all operational areas. This involves identifying bottlenecks, optimizing processes, and driving operational excellence. • You are responsible for overseeing the progression of the portfolio of improvement initiatives to ensure alignment with the established plan. This includes developing and maintaining robust activities control, providing clear visibility on the status of each initiative, and supporting teams in addressing issues when initiatives are not progressing as expected. • You foster a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization by promoting the use of problem-solving tools like A3 PDCA and process optimization methods such as Kaizen. • You are also responsible for maintaining and enhancing the company's operations management system. Such as KPI's and operational routines. • When part of the Regional/Local organisation, in addition : • You promote the Lessons Learned culture and ensure that the flow of capturing lessons learned from Unit incidents and events is retained, addressed, documented and integrated into operational practices. Also responsible for the Learning from Performance process application. • You are responsible for the local coordination of the improvement portfolio of local activities and initiatives and the implementation of global initiatives. You oversee the deployment of the change management plans associated to initiatives implementation, ensuring end-user adoption and assessing its effectiveness. Education • Master's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. • Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt preferred, Black Belt is a plus) or similar continuous improvement methodologies. Experience • 8+ years of experience in continuous improvement, process optimization, or operations engineering, ideally in a global or multinational setting. • Hands-on experience with Lean tools and methodologies, including leading A3 problem-solving initiatives and workshops. • Experience in facilitating cross-functional teams and implementing operational excellence frameworks, such as X-Matrix and KPI tracking. • Proven track record of training teams in Lean methodologies and tools. • Strong background in managing continuous improvement initiatives and driving measurable operational improvements. • Experience with client satisfaction management and implementing feedback processes within operational frameworks.
