What your week looks like - Buying and selling liquid dairy products across multiple regions, with room to grow into position management and risk analysis as you develop - Calling and meeting buyers and suppliers regularly - relationships are everything in this market - Keeping a sharp eye on what's happening across the supply chain: weather, production shifts, retailer behaviour, cross-border dynamics - Working closely with a tight team of traders, sharing market intel and coordinating end-to-end - Travelling roughly 20% of your time to visit clients across Europe

You like being busy. You can hold multiple things in your head at the same time and still make clear decisions. You're curious - genuinely interested in how markets work, what drives prices, why something that happens in a German field ends up affecting a deal in Warsaw. You pick up the phone, you follow up, you stay on top of things without being told to.
