You'll work closely with the wider F&B team to ensure smooth, high-quality service in the Manhattan Lounge Bar and beyond.Your responsibilities will include: - Welcoming guests and creating a friendly, relaxed atmosphere at the bar and lounge - Taking orders and serving beverages and light food with professionalism and attention to detail - Supporting bartenders by preparing and delivering drinks efficiently and accurately - Providing menu knowledge, including drink recommendations and promotions - Ensuring tables and bar areas are clean, organized, and well-presented at all times - Handling payments and billing procedures, including cash and card transactions - Assisting with stock replenishment and maintaining bar supplies - Coordinating with bartenders and restaurant colleagues for seamless service - Maintaining hygiene and safety standards (HACCP, Fire Life Safety, Green Engage) - Being attentive and proactive in anticipating guest needs Functie-eisen: What we need from you: - Previous experience in hospitality, bar service, or F&B is an advantage - Passion for beverages, with an interest in cocktails and bar culture - Strong communication skills in English; Dutch or additional languages are a plus - A natural host — service-minded, outgoing, and enthusiastic - Well-groomed appearance and professional attitude - Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment - Eye for detail and commitment to quality service -
