Full Stack Engineer We are looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer to help us further develop and implement our digital pension portals at customers. Key About Your Role As a Full Stack Software Engineer within a team, you develop and maintain the digital portals and supporting services that pension providers use to interact with employers, advisors and participants. You work across the full technology stack, building intuitive user interfaces while also developing and enhancing the backend services that power them. Together with Software Engineers, Test Engineers, Design Engineers and a Product Owner, you take ownership of delivering high-quality functionality from concept to production. You analyse functional requirements, translate them into technical solutions and contribute to all stages of the software development lifecycle. You help further modernising our technology landscape by improving existing applications, developing new features and contributing to architectural and engineering improvements. This includes initiatives such as modernising front-end components, enhancing backend services and APIs, improving performance and maintainability, and supporting the migration towards modern technologies and development practices. You actively participate in technical discussions, code reviews and knowledge sharing. As part of a broader engineering community, you continuously look for opportunities to improve both your own skills and our products.
