The position manages arrivals, departures, and guest requests while maintaining a well-organised front desk environment and plays a key part in ensuring guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and adherence to service standards, while also supporting cross-departmental collaboration when needed. Responsibilities - Communicate effectively with colleagues and guests, contributing to a positive team environment and consistent service delivery - Manage the guest journey, including check-ins, check-outs, and all guest requests across phone, written, and face-to-face communication - Handle reservations, payments, and front office administrative tasks accurately - Maintain a professional and welcoming front desk environment in line with brand standards - Collaborate with other departments such as housekeeping and food and beverage to ensure smooth daily operations Essential Requirements - Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken) - Ability to remain calm and organised in a fast-paced environment - Good level of accuracy and attention to detail - Guest-focused mindset with a proactive and responsible approach - Eligible to work in the Netherlands Preferred Requirements - Experience in Front Office or guest-facing hospitality roles - Familiarity with hotel systems (PMS) - Knowledge of Eindhoven or willingness to develop local expertise - Dutch or any additional language skills; is an advantage - Experience handling guest requests and service recovery Your Benefits & Perks - Discounted hotel rates (including Radisson Hotel Group worldwi
