They work in logistics, food production, horticulture and many other sectors, helping our clients keep their businesses running. As recruiters, planners and account managers, we speak with our flex workers every day. We help them find the right job, answer their questions and support them throughout their employment. But we also believe that understanding their work goes beyond conversations. That's why several colleagues from Uitzendbureau Solutions and other Home of People companies exchanged the office for the workplace and spent a day working alongside our flex workers. Why we took part At Solutions, we believe that the better we understand a job, the better we can match the right people to it. Reading a job description is one thing. Experiencing the work yourself is something completely different. By joining our flex workers on the production floor, we wanted to experience their daily routine firsthand and gain a better understanding of the challenges, pace and teamwork involved. A day on the work floor Our colleagues worked at several client locations across different industries. From food production and logistics to horticulture, every workplace had its own rhythm and responsibilities. They experienced what it means to work efficiently, adapt quickly and collaborate closely with colleagues to keep production running smoothly. It also became clear how important clear communication, proper guidance and a positive working environment are for everyone on the work floor.
