Job Description As a site manager, you will oversee the day-to-day management of a construction project and be responsible for its overall execution in terms of personnel, logistics, quality, budget, and, of course, scheduling. This can range from several smaller projects of approximately €200,000.00 to a large project of approximately €2,000,000.00 in the finishing sector. In this role, you will primarily work with metal-stud walls and ceilings, carpentry, and suspended ceilings. On the project, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and suppliers. You will identify additional and reduced scope of work, check the quality of the work performed, supervise construction site staff, and ensure adherence to the work schedule. In addition, you will ensure compliance with construction rules and regulations.
