As Financial Controller, you will play a key role in Wundermart's continued growth and professionalization. You will be responsible for delivering accurate financial reporting, strengthening financial processes, and ensuring compliance across the business. As Financial Controller, you'll be at the heart of Wundermart's finance organization, ensuring the business operates with financial accuracy, control and confidence as it continues its rapid international expansion. Reporting directly to the Finance Director, you'll work closely with the Business Controller and Financial Accountants to oversee the company's financial operations, strengthen governance and ensure compliance across multiple European entities. You'll take ownership of financial reporting, complex reconciliations and internal controls while proactively identifying risks and ensuring the consistent application of accounting standards. In addition, you'll play a key role in improving the buying control by being the project lead on the AI driven invoice matching feature. Working alongside external tax and accounting advisors, you'll safeguard statutory compliance and play a leading role in preparing Wundermart for its first external audit in 2027, an important milestone in the company's growth journey.
