What will you do as an Financial Assistant? As an Financial Assistant at DVJ, you thrive on structure, organization, and customer interaction. In this role, you are responsible for ensuring flawless administration for our clients and projects, with a special focus on accounts receivable. Thanks to your efforts, our systems remain accurate and up-to-date, and invoices are paid on time. Key Responsibilities: - Onboarding new clients and projects into our systems, ensuring all information is accurately recorded. - Requesting and recording invoicing data, like PO numbers from clients, to ensure projects always start correctly and on time. - Invoicing via our system or via client portals.
