As a Financial Administration Officer at Schiphol, you make sure everything adds up financially: quickly, accurately and without errors. Hero grows by 30 to 40 percent annually, and you will feel that in the financial administration too. More invoices, more contracts and more complexity. You keep the overview, even when things get busy. That calls for precision, a sharp eye for detail and the drive to push through during peak periods. You work closely with the contracts department, recruiters and management. Together, you form the financial foundation beneath Hero's growth. What will you do? - Processing incoming and outgoing invoices - Managing accounts receivable and accounts payable administration - Checking and reconciling timesheet registrations and payments - Supporting monthly and year-end closings - Collaborating with contracts, sales and management - Contributing to improvements in financial processes Who are you? - HBO level of education and thinking, preferably with a financial background - Precise, analytical and strong with numbers - Stress-resistant: you stay calm even during peak periods - Strong communicator and a true team player - Available 40 hours per week, full-time on-site at Schiphol - Experience with Business Central or Salesforce is a plus What can you expect from Hero?
