As a Financial Administration Employee, you ensure that our financial processes run smoothly, swiftly and accurately. You are the person who turns raw hour registrations into flawless invoices, and you do so with a sharp eye for detail. Switching gears quickly and working with precision come naturally to you: you spot discrepancies immediately, ask the right questions and resolve issues before they become problems. You process purchase invoices from professionals, carefully verify data and maintain a clear overview, even under pressure. Especially during the first two weeks of the month, the busiest period, you keep a cool head and deliver precise work. Thanks to your helicopter view, you always see the big picture and know exactly what deserves priority. Because you are in frequent contact with suppliers, freelancers and internal teams, you communicate clearly and effortlessly. You ask critical questions, contribute to solutions and take responsibility for your part of the process. A role in which you learn a great deal, take on real responsibility and have clear opportunities to grow. Within 3 months you will manage your own client portfolio and handle invoicing independently. After 6 months you will also take on payments and various checks on purchased and sold hours. And within 12 months you will be involved in client implementations and larger financial improvement projects. What will you do?
