As finance establishment manager you will be supporting the acceleration in competitive growth that your new employer wants to establish. You will do this by, among other things: - Coordinating in-flight and new programmes, creating a governance, cadence and discipline in the process and execution of the plans - Translating in-flight, pipeline and scoped projects into concrete financial and organisational plans flowing into the BU P&L - Coordinating interdependencies between different workstreams - Supporting the creation of new Business cases when needed - Holding project teams and leaders accountable to OTIF execution and delivery of projects - Coordinating central governance meetings to ensure project delivery, opportunity and risks are reflected correctly (with stakeholders within the Ice-cream business-local/regional/global, as well as Unilever corporate centre teams) - Managing budgets, control and governance of projects in flight - Supporting the reporting structure (i.e. creation and maintenance of CCs etc) What's in it for you - Gross salary of between €30.00 and €36.78 per hour - Travel allowance (per kilomete...
