Sitting as part of the established Cloud ERP practice, you will work with senior stakeholders e.g. CFO, Finance Director within client businesses to transform finance processes and implement new financial systems and ERP solutions. You will be involved in the end-to-end transformation project, from requirements gathering; As-Is and To-Be process mapping & advisory, through process and system design, build, and deployment. This is a great chance for a Finance Consultant, Auditor or Finance Transformation specialist with strong interest in Financial Systems and digital transformation to take on the next exciting role! Your profile: - Finance Consultant (2+ years), Auditor, Finance Transformation Consultant or similar, ideally with prior Finance transformation or Financial Systems exposure - Business process knowledge in Finance, Accounting, (GL, AP, AR), FP&A, Financial Controlling, Consolidation, Financial Reporting, R2R, P2P, O2C processes - Business analysis and process improvement experience - Prior Finance Systems or ERP implementation project exposure and interest in financial systems & technologies - Strong Communication skills - Change Management experience The role: - Financial Systems and transformation consultancy - Work with senior finance stakeholders to understand as-is and to-be requirements, translate to successful solution design and deploy Financial systems solutions - Lead the Finance System & ERP solution build, configuration, testing and deployment through go-live and hypercare - Support end-users in finance post-live to manage change, provide hypercare and ensure successful use of the new solution Location: Netherlands r...
