For our Finance team, we are looking for a Finance & Accounting Specialist (F&A Specialist) who ensures the smooth running of core financial processes and is willing to contribute ideas for process improvements. What will you do as an F&A Specialist? As an F&A Specialist at Dialog Group Are you the right-hand man to the Manager of Finance, Legal & Compliance? You'll (help) ensure our financial administration runs smoothly and accurately. From invoicing to management reporting, you'll ensure clarity and quality. Some of your duties include: • Ensure correct and timely invoicing of hours, licenses, and subscriptions. • Supporting monthly and quarterly closings, including control bookings and bank reconciliations. • Ensuring a correct connection between hours, payroll and financial administration, so that management information is accurate. • Preparing VAT returns and tax obligations at home and abroad. • Coordinating with international entities and accountants. • Coding and posting purchase invoices in Exact and BaseCone, and processing bank statements. • Processing (international) payroll and personnel administrations in collaboration with HR and the external payroll processor. • Assisting with (including ISO and ISAE) audits • Contribute to the optimization of systems and processes. • Act as a sparring partner for financial and strategic issues, such as investment decisions and process improvements. We're looking for an analytically strong and meticulous financial professional who enjoys brainstorming, improving, and maintaining an overview in an international environment. You have an eye for detail, but also for the bigger picture that drives organizations forward. You have completed a bachelor's degree in business administration or similar. You have 2 to 4 years of work experience in a financial role, preferably within IT or services. If you have experience with international accounting and intercompany processes, that is an advantage. Exact holds no secrets for you, and you have excellent written and spoken Dutch and English. Proficiency in German is a plus. Independent, proactive, accurate, collegial and analytical apply to you. What do we have to offer you? It is a part-time position for 28 to 32 hours per week. We work in a hybrid manner, which means you can work part of your work week from a different workplace. This can be from home, but we would much rather see you at our office in Bunnik, where you will also meet other colleagues. The salary ranges between €3.800,00 and €5.000,00 gross per month on a full-time basis (depending on your experience). Furthermore, you receive a net internet allowance for working from home, and you can make use of various facilities to set up your home workspace optimally.
