Référence Domaine d'activité Services mécaniques, CVC et électriques Description du poste Intitulé de la fonction / poste Field Service Representative Type de contrat Freelance Nature de contrat Sur demande Durée du contrat to be defined Votre mission Missions : Take charge of the equipment : Perform /ensure/validate the equipment inventory (quantitative inventory with visual inspection) and associated handling operations Identify/ensure/validate parts and subassemblies and their proper storage Ensure/validate that all parts and subassemblies are available Disassemble and assess equipment Perform/ensure/validate dismantling operations, parts identification, and proper storage of parts and subassemblies Perform/ensure/validate appropriate cleaning of parts and subassemblies Perform/ensure/validate dimensional and geometrical inspections / functional clearances checks Identify/ensure/validate parts requiring repair or replacement Complete the inspection report and propose required repairs to the Project Manager/Site Lead Refurbish and reassemble equipment : Perform / ensure / validate dimensional and geometrical inspections of new or repaired parts Perform / ensure / validate functional clearance checks during reassembly Perform / ensure / validate fitting and assembly operations / basic piping and boilermaking activities / hot work activities (welding, thermal expansion fitting, etc.) Adjustment operations (on site) : Perform / ensure / validate adjustment operations (turbine internal alignment, machine alignment, casing weighing, etc.) Operations traceability : Complete / ensure / validate inspection sheets related to maintenance activities performed Participate in / draft / validate various reports and handover certificates (at minimum the observation section) and have them signed by the Client Propose solutions to the Project Manager / Site Lead Complete and validate the Project Quality Plan and/or work procedures Supervise activities Validate and sign the Job Safety Analysis / Prevention Plan (PDP) Sign the site opening report and send it to the Project Manager Ensure execution of assigned works in compliance with the schedule defined by the Project Manager Provide daily updates to the Project Manager regarding site progress and issue daily reports Votre profil • Technical degree or equivalent qualification • English fluent • Strong technical knowledge of industrial maintenance for rotating equipment required • Strong fitting / mechanical assembly skills required • Proficiency in the use of measuring instruments • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings • Certifications / authorizations: overhead crane operation, forklift and lifting equipment certification • Analytical skills, methodical approach, rigor, and initiative • Ability to prioritize and manage workload effectively • Ability to comply with production / site objectives • Team spirit Travailler chez SPIE Nous vous offrons... - Localisation du poste Lieu de travail Lons Critères candidat Expérience minimum 6 ans ou plus Habilitations souhaitées Rigger / Banksman Forklift Operator Electrical Certification Langue(s) de travail • Français (E-Bilingue ou Langue Maternelle) • Anglais (D-Maitrise professionnelle complète) Notre ambition Unir nos différences - Deze vacature toevoegen aan mijn selectie: Technicien de maintenance CVC Référent (sur site) H/F ()
