Field Service Engineer Surrey Area Location: Surrey Role: Field Service Engineer Location: you'll be required to cover the Surrey area, but you'll be allocated to the Croydon Service Centre Hours: 45 hours per week | between 08:00 and 17:30 Monday to Friday Salary: up to £53,445.60 DOE This is a mobile role where you'll be responsible for servicing, repairing, and maintaining specialist vehicles at customer sites and company workshops. You'll play a vital role in ensuring our vehicles are safe, compliant, and operating at peak performance. What you'll be doing: • Diagnose and repair faults on vehicle chassis and mounted equipment • Carry out servicing and maintenance to a high standard • Prepare vehicles for MOT inspections and ensure compliance with Department Of Transport specifications • Use diagnostic software and tools to identify and resolve issues • Log all work using PDA software and maintain accurate service records • Travel to customer sites across the UK, sometimes at short notice • Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times • Communicate clearly with customers and provide excellent service • Support health and safety practices and complete risk assessments as required If you're ready to take your engineering career on the road, we'd love to hear from you!
