The Role
As a Field Service Engineer you will install, commission, and support our cryogenic I/O systems at customer sites around the world. You will work at the interface of engineering, manufacturing, and customer success, ensuring our products are integrated successfully into complex quantum computing systems.
This is a hands-on role requiring mechanical precision, technical troubleshooting, and excellent communication skills. You will become a trusted technical representative of Delft Circuits, supporting customers during installation, upgrades, maintenance, and training.
This position requires frequent international travel (approximately 30-50% of the time) to support installations at customer sites worldwide.

Your key responsibilities will include:
Installation & Commissioning - Cooperate installing cryogenic I/O systems in dilution refrigerators and quantum computing laboratories, both research and industrial scale - Perform mechanical, electrical, and thermal integration of Delft Circuits products - Verify system functionality through testing, inspection, and acceptance procedures - Document installation activities and provide commissioning reports
