You will work at the interface of engineering, manufacturing, and customer success, ensuring our products are integrated successfully into complex quantum computing systems. This is a hands-on role requiring mechanical precision, technical troubleshooting, and excellent communication skills. You will become a trusted technical representative of Delft Circuits, supporting customers during installation, upgrades, maintenance, and training. This position requires frequent international travel (approximately 30-50% of the time) to support installations at customer sites worldwide. Your key responsibilities will include: Installation & Commissioning - Cooperate installing cryogenic I/O systems in dilution refrigerators and quantum computing laboratories, both research and industrial scale - Perform mechanical, electrical, and thermal integration of Delft Circuits products - Verify system functionality through testing, inspection, and acceptance procedures - Document installation activities and provide commissioning reports Technical Support - Diagnose and resolve installation and integration issues at customer sites - Provide first-line technical support during system commissioning - Coordinate with engineering teams to resolve complex technical challenges - Support...
