Field Service Engineer Europe - - Brakel - Workshop Job description

Are you a technician at heart? Do you enjoy tinkering with large, impressive machines such as cranes, shovels and recycling installations? Do you prefer working outdoors to being cooped up indoors? And would you like to explore Europe at the same time, with all the freedom the open road has to offer? Then we are looking for you. What will you be doing?
As a Service Engineer, you will be our technical ambassador on site. You will be travelling throughout Europe, where you will maintain our self-built machines, resolve malfunctions and commission new systems. You will work closely with colleagues, but you will also have a great deal of independence and responsibility.
Your tasks at a glance: -
Performing maintenance and troubleshooting on a wide range of installations throughout Europe; -
Commissioning machines that we have designed and built ourselves; -
Inspecting machines for wear and tear and taking preventive action; -
Performing technical inspections of equipment and tools on site; -
Maintaining active contact with installation managers, project managers and engineers; -
Contributing ideas for technical improvements and innovations - your input counts; -
Keeping records of work performed; -
Participating in the on-call service (out-of-hours breakdown service).
You are responsible for your own planning and report directly to the Workshop Manager . You work closely with the Service Coordinator and colleagues at various locations in the United Kingdom and abroad. What do we offer you? -
