As a Service Engineer, you will be our technical ambassador on site. You will be travelling throughout Europe, where you will maintain our self-built machines, resolve malfunctions and commission new systems. You will work closely with colleagues, but you will also have a great deal of independence and responsibility. Your tasks at a glance: - Performing maintenance and troubleshooting on a wide range of installations throughout Europe; - Commissioning machines that we have designed and built ourselves; - Inspecting machines for wear and tear and taking preventive action; - Performing technical inspections of equipment and tools on site; - Maintaining active contact with installation managers, project managers and engineers; - Contributing ideas for technical improvements and innovations - your input counts; - Keeping records of work performed; - Participating in the on-call service (out-of-hours breakdown service). You are responsible for your own planning and report directly to the Workshop Manager . You work closely with the Service Coordinator and colleagues at various locations in the United Kingdom and abroad.
