Field Delivery Manager

About the Opportunity R-inhouse is supporting a global leader in critical infrastructure solutions in the search for a Field Delivery Manager . Due to continued growth within the data centre sector, our client is looking for an experienced people manager to lead a team of Field Service Engineers across the Benelux region. This role is focused on leadership, operational excellence and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for managing and developing a team supporting mission-critical environments, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery across UPS and Thermal technologies. Responsibilities - Lead, coach and develop a team of Field Service Engineers across the Benelux. - Drive performance through clear objectives, KPIs and regular feedback. - Manage workforce planning, scheduling and resource allocation. - Ensure high-quality execution of maintenance, repair and installation activities. - Act as the escalation point for operational and customer-related issues. - Build strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders. - Work closely with Technical Support, Operations, Logistics and Sales teams. - Support training, development and succession planning within the team. - Ensure compliance with health, safety and quality standards. What We're Looking For - Proven experience managing Field Service, Maintenance or Engineering teams. - Background within critical infrastructure, data centres, power systems, UPS, switchgear, cooling or a similar technical environment. - Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to develop high-performing teams. - Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to balance operational priorities with people leadership responsibilities. - Engineering qualification or equivalent technical background. - Fluent English is essential. - Dutch language skills are beneficial but not essential.
