For the Factory Engineer Team, we are currently looking for one Junior Factory Process Engineer and one Senior Factory Process Engineer. Your Mission As a Factory Process Engineer, you'll be at the heart of Translating the strategic goals into concrete, practicable actions. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, analyze and improve the logistics of the production process. You will identify the need to purchase or improve tools, molds and equipment and incorporates the foregoing in an action plan. What You'll Be Doing - You will work on the following product families: crawler, wheeled and mini excavators and Application Machines. - Creating technical and logistics improvement proposals relating to efficiency and safety - Leading and successfully concluding medium-sized projects (layout improvements, sub-teams for the NWE model introduction, etc) - Keeping up to date with technical developments that can potentially be applied to existing processes - Independently executing time studies...
