FACILITIES MAINTENANCE WORKER Over deze vacature Job description The candidate will be responsible for general maintenance duties and associated cleaning task for all aspects of the facility, both manufacturing/warehouse and office areas. • Implement and optimize preventive and conditional maintenance of installations, checking maintenance work performed by third parties (fire inspection/airco) • Experience with painting, set up/tear down of modular furniture, and other maintenance related duties • Electrical skills such as replacing light bulbs, electrical trouble-shooting • Knowledgeable of hand & power tools, electrical testers/amp meters Job requirements The ideal candidate is a handyman with excellent communication skills, a reliable person, flexible in working hours, is able to work effectively in a team environment and is willing to travel to offices in foreign countries. • MBO-Facility degree • 3-5 years relevant work experience • Good communication skills, able to speak, read, write and understand fluent Dutch and English • Experienced with MS Office programs • Available 40 hours a week
