Welcoming guests for breakfast, a relaxed dinner, or evening drinks. You will also oversee meetings and events, ensuring they are professionally organised and smoothly executed.Your role is to keep a clear overview of all Food & Beverage operations, step in where needed, and work closely with the F&B Manager to develop and implement fresh ideas. You will lead, coach, and inspire your team so that every guest leaves with a smile.
