Inside voco® The Hague you will have your place at the beautiful front office. You are responsible for: F&B outlets:· Take ownership of the operations in F&B outlets, ensuring smooth, efficient, and high-quality service delivery.· Oversee and support room service operations, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and guest satisfaction.· Ensure all service procedures align with voco® and IHG standards.· Monitor daily operations and proactively resolve service issues, including staffing, scheduling, task allocation and adjusting resources based on business demand.· Coordinate closely with kitchen and other departments to ensure seamless service flow.Guest Experience & Quality Focus:· Actively engage with guests during service to create a welcoming and personalized experience.· Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally and ensure appropriate follow-up.· Maintain high visibility on the floor during peak service times.· Focus on achieving and exceeding IHG food & beverage scores.Ordering & Cost C
