We are Thermaflex, based in Waalwijk, the Netherlands - an international company with a down-to-earth Brabant culture. From our factory, we develop and manufacture smart insulation solutions that are used worldwide in homes, hospitals, offices, and industrial facilities. How will you make an impact? As an Extrusion Process Operator, you are responsible for the entire extrusion process. You monitor production lines, make adjustments when necessary, and ensure that quality, safety, and efficiency are maintained. You are the specialist on the shop floor and support colleagues whenever needed. What will you do? • Independently set up, change over, and start extrusion lines. • Monitor the complete production process and immediately intervene when deviations occur. • Analyze malfunctions and independently resolve technical issues. • Check recipes, machine settings, and raw materials to ensure consistent product quality. • Maintain an overview of the entire process and assist where necessary. • Guide and support Machine Operators and production employees. • Record production data and actively contribute to process improvements. As a Process Operator, you are the technical expert on the shop floor, ensuring quality, safety, and continuity. We are looking for a colleague with strong technical insight, a keen eye for deviations, and the motivation to continuously improve processes. You work independently but are also an important link within the team. Do you recognize yourself in this profile? • You have experience as an operator in a production or process environment. • You have technical insight and understand how to keep a production process running optimally. • You can maintain overview and respond quickly to malfunctions or process deviations. • You work accurately and have a strong focus on quality, safety, and efficiency. • You take ownership of the entire process and show initiative. • You are willing to work in a three-shift system. • You communicate clearly and enjoy working with colleagues on the shop floor. • Experience with extrusion processes, raw materials, or recycling processes is a strong advantage. • A VAPRO diploma or similar technical qualification is a plus.
