As an External Hiring Advisor, you help managers at Alliander secure specialized knowledge and capacity when it's needed. You provide advice on external hiring, liaise with suppliers and professionals, and ensure that key projects and departments can continue to operate smoothly. You will be part of the Overhead & Staffing team within Alliander's MSP program. As a member of this team, you will support various parts of the organization, from staff and operational teams to IT, change management, and project organizations. Thanks to your efforts, managers will have faster access to the right expertise and will be able to focus on their own objectives.
