Join the team in Kampen as a full-time Export Coordinator and take on a varied role at the heart of transport, export and international logistics. What are you going to do? As an Export Coordinator, you make sure international shipments reach customers correctly and on time. You oversee the entire transport process, prepare the required documentation and communicate daily with carriers, internal departments and other relevant partners. You will begin with a comprehensive six-week training programme. During this period, you will become familiar with the organisation, its systems and export procedures, giving you everything you need to perform the role independently. Your responsibilities will include: - Coordinating international shipments for customers in the maritime and energy sectors; - Preparing and checking export, transport and financial documentation; - Ensuring shipments comply with customer agreements and international laws and regulations; - Processing and updating transport bookings in the Transport Management System; - Working with freight forwarders to select the most suitable transport solution for each shipment; - Coordinating delivery times, shipments and freight costs with internal sales departments; - Identifying and resolving delays, discrepancies and other logistical issues.
