What You Will Do: • Gathering: Raw materials and production supplies to prepare for production runs • Operating: Machinery such as process mixers and packaging machines in a cleanroom environment • Monitoring: Production parameters and making adjustments to maintain optimal performance • Performing: Quality checks and taking samples for lab testing to guarantee product standards • Troubleshooting: Resolving technical issues on the line and accurately reporting production activities Wat we je bieden We believe in creating an environment where you can thrive both professionally and personally. You bring: • MBO+ level education (technical preferred) and experience as a (process) operator, ideally in the food or chemical industry • Good understanding of working with protocols and hygienic standards (cleanroom experience is a plus) • Technical skills to solve machine-related issues independently • Experience in leading or supporting a small team is an advantage • Your own accommodation and transportation • A flexible, solution-oriented mindset • The ability to work independently with strong attention to detail • A strong sense of responsibility and focus on quality • Good command of the English language Over het bedrijf You will join a relatively new and rapidly growing production company in the region of Den Bosch / Tiel.
