Wat je gaat doen As an operator, you will play a key role in the production of sustainable raw materials for the agricultural industry. You’ll be working in a clean and modern production environment, operating within a 3-shift system. Together with your team, you ensure that production processes run efficiently, hygiene standards are maintained, and high-quality products are consistently delivered.With your technical knowledge and hands-on mentality, you contribute to a smooth-running operation and actively think along in improving processes.What you will do: • Collect raw materials and prepare supplies for production • Set up and operate various machines, including process mixers • Monitor key production parameters to ensure quality and efficiency • Operate packaging machines within a cleanroom environment • Perform quality checks by taking samples and identifying any deviations • Troubleshoot minor technical issues and support continuous production Wat we je bieden Joining our team means stepping into a stable role where your skills are valued and your development is taken seriously.
