You're the Engineer We're Looking For If You Have: - Strong Programming Skills: Proficiency in Python or TypeScript, with a keen interest in frameworks and backend solutions. - Operational Expertise: Experience in an operations role, preferably with hands-on experience in AWS and Kubernetes (K8s). - Generative AI Knowledge: A genuine interest in and demonstrated knowledge of the modern AI landscape, including but not limited to Context Engineering, the full RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) lifecycle, and best MLOps practices. - Passion for Technology: A deep passion for technology, coupled with strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Agile Mindset: The ability to break down complex challenges into manageable parts and construct solutions with short, iterative feedback cycles. - Ownership & Collaboration: A strong sense of ownership over your work, a commitment to helping your team succeed, and a love for thriving in a collaborative environment where teamwork is celebrated.
