What You'll Do As an Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and further developing our standard product range. You will work closely with colleagues to ensure the manufacturability of components and products. In this role, you will coordinate production activities at our facilities in both the Netherlands and Hungary. In addition to your day-to-day responsibilities, you will identify and implement improvements that help our organization operate more efficiently and effectively. Your Profile • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent working and thinking level in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field. • Experience with Microsoft Excel and Creo Parametric. • An affinity with agricultural machinery (preferred). • The ambition to help strengthen our market position. • An accurate working style and the confidence to think critically. • A creative mindset, initiative, cost awareness, a strong sense of responsibility, and a focus on quality. • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken. Your Responsibilities • Develop, redesign, and improve products. • Manage product development projects based on well-defined plans, designs, and budgets. • Take responsibility for the final product. • Create and maintain technical drawings. • Collaborate closely with colleagues in the Netherlands and Hungary. • Report directly to the management team. • Represent the company at trade shows and exhibitions.
