With a highly experienced Endur setup and platform, this is a brilliant place to grow your craft, bring fresh ideas, and see your work make an immediate impact across our trading and risk landscape. • Build, enhance and maintain Endur software components for RWEST's trading and risk platform using Java and C# • Translate business needs into working solutions through hands ‑ on analysis, direct stakeholder contact and pragmatic delivery planning • Ship high ‑ quality, well ‑ tested code in an agile squad, continuously improving performance, stability and developer tooling • Co ‑ create solutions across risk management and energy trading workflows to improve usability and outcomes • Collaborate with seasoned Endur engineers and business engineers, sharing knowledge and bringing fresh perspectives to the team What we value most is someone who continuously demonstrates courage, thrives to create impact and seeks to build trusting, collaborative relationships.
