Marketing Email Developer - CSS/HTML - Email Developer (German Speaking - C1/C2) Role : Email Developer (German Speaking - C1/C2) Location: Germany / EU region (Remote) Experience: 7+ years in Email Development Open Positions: 1 Role Summary We are seeking a Senior Email Developer (German C1/C2) to support outbound marketing initiatives for one of our European customer. The role focuses on building responsive, high-performing email campaigns and ensuring seamless delivery across platforms aligned with customer marketing objectives. Key Responsibilities - Develop responsive, scalable email templates for customer campaigns - Translate marketing requirements into production-ready HTML/CSS emails - Ensure compatibility across email clients (e.g. Outlook, Gmail, Apple Mail, etc.) - Collaborate with German stakeholders (C1/C2 communication) for campaign execution - Optimize for deliverability, CTR, and engagement metrics - Perform testing using tools like Litmus / Email on Acid - Support A/B testing and performance optimization - Ensure compliance with GDPR and customer brand guidelines Mandatory Skills - German Language: C1/C2 (mandatory) - 7+ years of email development experience - Strong expertise in HTML5, CSS3 (email-specific coding) - Proven Outbound Marketing campaign experience - Strong understanding of: - Email rendering issues - Campaign lifecycle & deployment Preferred Skills - Experience with BeeFree Email Editor - Exposure to marketing platforms (SFMC, Adobe Campaign, etc.) - Experience with German/EU stakeholders For more info please call Matt on or email
