You'll switch between engineering desk and workshop floor, improving designs based on practical feedback. Ownership with visible impact. 💼 Your New Role What you'll do: • Design complete electrical systems for complex machines • Detail cable harnesses and production-ready drawings • Select and specify components (switches, sensors, connectors, cable types) • Design control and relay cabinet subassemblies • Test prototypes and refine designs based on feedback • Create schematics and connection plans in CAD • Build bill of materials and manufacturing routes in ERP • Liaise with suppliers, procurement and production • Work hands-on on production floor for testing and practical support Functie-eisen Your Profile: • Minimum 3 years designing electrical systems for vehicles or mobile machines • HBO-level work & thinking via HBO degree or MBO-4 + relevant experience • Technical background in Electrotechnics, Mechatronics, Automotive or equivalent • Expertise: Cable harnesses, production drawings, CAD (AutoCAD, EPLAN, Zuken) • Strong foundation in 24V vehicle electrics and practical wiring knowledge • Excellent English, it would be nice if you also speak Dutch • Analytical, precise, practical with ownership mentality • Clear communicator with colleagues and suppliers Arbeidsvoorwaarden 💰 What We Offer ✅ Salary: €3.500–€5.100 gross/month ✅ Bonus: Up to 3% annual bonus ✅ Vacation Allowance: 8% vacation pay ✅ Vacation Days: 25 per year ✅ Pension: Excellent arrangement (2/3 paid by employer) ✅ Commute: €0.23 net per kilometer ✅ Schedule: 38 hours/week (Friday afternoons free) ✅ Contract: 1-year with intention to make permanent ✅ Flexibility: Hybrid work possible (max 2 days/week from home); part-time negotiable ✅ Development: Extensive training & development opportunities ✅ Fitness: Corporate fitness program ✅ Culture: Collegial, family-owned atmosphere with freedom & responsibility 📞 Ready to Make an Impact?
