The ASML IT & Data organization is a sector within ASML with around 3000 employees that provide services to the ASML business. In the sector, a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) is adopted. Your assignment We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented intern to join our Learning & Development team, supporting the design and delivery of impactful learning programs in collaboration with the IT & Data Learning team and expert trainers. As an intern, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution and continuous improvement of several high-visibility learning programs. Your contributions will directly support the development of critical skills and the effective transfer of knowledge across the organization. Key Responsibilities - Assist in the coordination and execution of learning programs, including scheduling, logistics, and participant communication. - Collaborate with trainers and the IT & Data Learning team to ensure seamless delivery and a high-quality learning experience. - Monitor and support the onboarding journey for new IT & Data employees through the IT & Data Onboarding Program. - Contribute to the Gateway Program for graduates by helping manage sessions, materials, and feedback loops. - Support the IT Architect Excellence Program by coordinating sessions and gathering insights to enhance program effectiveness. - Identify and suggest improvements to learning processes to optimize knowledge transfer and learner engagement. - Facilitate learning programs for IT and data employees.
