For our BBL program, you do not need any experience, only the motivation to work with children and a minimum of MBO level 2 or 3, depending on the track. Together with you, we look at where you want to grow and ensure you receive the right guidance to get there! We grow together! We look at you as an individual and find a suitable path for you. Such as an accelerated program, a BOL or BBL course. Or would you prefer to start as a domestic worker in a group setting and progress from there? We will work with you to find the right solution. BBL program Work and learn at the same time with our unique BBL program Specialized Pedagogical Professional. Within 1.5 years, you will obtain your diploma and develop into a fully qualified pedagogical professional. Shortened course (3-6 months) If you already have a background in the In care, education, or social work at university/HBO, bachelor, or master level, you might find yourself in eligible for a tailor-made learning and work program of approximately 3 to 6 months.
