We offer consultancy services to high-profile clients globally in diverse service areas, such as: About this vacancy As a Director Civil Engineering (GWW) at TMC, you are responsible for managing and overseeing civil engineering projects during the execution phase. You represent the client in the project, ensuring quality, planning, and safety while monitoring the contract. Additionally, you maintain close contact with contractors, supervisors, and other stakeholders. You work on diverse projects, such as road construction, sewer replacements, quay walls, hydraulic engineering structures, or area development. Thanks to your experience, you understand both the fieldwork and the administrative requirements. You maintain oversight, adjust where necessary, and ensure the proper handling of additional and reduced work. You are part of our Business Cell Civil Engineering and collaborate with colleagues across various project phases. What we expect from you - Proficiency in the Dutch language at C1/C2 level, both spoken and written. - A completed bachelor's or master's degree in Civil Engineering or a similar field. - A minimum of 3 to 8 years of experience in a role as project manager, supervisor, or work planner within GWW. - Knowledge of UAV(-GC), RAW methodology, and execution processes. - Attention to quality, safety, and process control. - Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt at various levels. - Independent, decisive, and always d...
